Zion National Park

This was our first trip to Zion National Park and it too was spectacular! We got to see some Big Horn Sheep, a snake (small), a lizzard, and some mule deer. Inside the canyon they have propane powered double buses to shuttle the people around and that was fun - you can get on and off as you desire. We all hiked in to see the Emerald Pools and I did the 1.2 mile hike while Bill and most of the men did the 2 mile hike to the higher pools. One of the guys fell and broke his glasses and had an ugly gash above one eye and a smashed up thumb nail and other scratches and bruises. Fortunately the injuries were not worst.
