Our first day of our Maritimes Adventure worked out well with the final destination the Bristol, Virginia Wal-Mart. We are now six coaches traveling together and parking was rather tight since a lot of the parking lot was blocked for the garden center sales and the construction of a new Sam's Club next door. We had just about every type of restaurant nearby and most of us headed to Chilis.
The gals all had purchases in Wal-Mart - we had left without our bread! This is our first major trip with the new motor home and I am finding it a challenge to find where I have everything stored. We had one trip to Chattanoga for a weekend but we were still loading at that point. The coach seems to be doing well and we are pleased with it - now we have our fingers crossed that she will do well for the whole trip.
After all the months of planning, it feels good to finally be on the way!
